- EMEdward MausolfNov 2, 20251.0They'd get zero stars if possible. Don't think NOT adding the oil is not going to be discovered. Run for the hills. As fast as possible from this place. No joke. Their skimping will blow your engine up. My poor friend. I proved it simply by adding a quart of oil to her car. Edited for clarity: A day later, I borrowed her truck, took it to a mechanic with a lift. We drained the oil and evaluated the filter. The filter was new, and two quarts of oil were quantified. I added one, therefore Valvoline added one. She paid for 6, 5 with a Groupon (which was suggest by John whom works there). The additional quart was full price. Thankfully my mechanic only charged for the additional four quarts as were were able to still use the original two. I am highly disappointed. One star down for every quart missing seems justified. This may not happen regularly, but it is an oil change place after all. These kinds of mistakes cost people their vehicles. Not recommended

- GZGiana ZelayaOct 7, 20251.0honestly this was the worst experience ive ever had getting an oil change my appointment was at 12 i planned to be done and out in time for my doctors appointment at 130 but they told me appointments here only guarantee youll be seen that day not at your scheduled time i waited 45 minutes then had to leave the manager said its like going to the doctor which makes no sense they said a full synthetic oil change would take a full hour and they insisted on a full vehicle inspection i never asked for so that means one hour waiting plus one hour servicing two hours total for a simple oil change for what reason then the guy asked if i was in a hurry why is that his business when i asked for a refund they said they dont do refunds in store and it would take 5 to 6 days once their office processes it he said this happens everywhere not true ive never had anything like this anywhere else total waste of time and zero respect for the customer. All this should be disclosed in advanced to make a proper decision
