I was informed that the tread had separated from the sidewall so the tire had to be replaced. Ordered a full set of new tires and the rep pulled up my record and never mentioned if I was eligible for an adjustment based on a purchase of two tires Nov 2023. When the tires finally arrived 10/7 I asked to see the bad tires and was told they were sent away for recycling and without them no adjustment could be determined. had to leave with no consideration. On 10/8 I had a service appointment at the dealership and was informed the the new tires were not properly balanced (had paid for this service as part of the purchase). The dealership provided me documentation of the measurements and photos of the problem balancing service. I returned to the store with that info and was rudely dismissed by the service clerk with no consideration of the info at hand. I have been a good customer with this store over several years and was previously dealing with front desk people who were thorough and respectful and stood up to address you (instead of leaning on the wall while talking to you). After spending $3300 for tires (including $350 for a inadequate balancing job) I will take my business elsewhere in the future and give poor recommendations on social media and to anyone who asks.
