  I just left the Tire Choice Service Center at 2120 E Warm Springs Rd. I went there to buy a set of used-but-good-condition 225/45/17 tires that Ernie Alvarado from Tire Choice posted on Facebook marketplace for $100. I was asking about mounting and balancing services when I spoke to him online, and he told me he could only sell tires, not mount them. OK, no problem. When I noticed the tire machine in the back, I asked again… and for some reason Ernie got heated and snapped at me. Normally of I buy used tires from the shops on Tropicana, they offer mounting and balancing services. Even Discount Tire and Firestone offer mounting and balancing if you bring your wheels in. I ended up not buying the tires because of his attitude. I was surprised at how I was treated because I was legitimately a CUSTOMER with cash in hand trying to buy tires. I certainly didn’t expect someone to act so belligerent towards me just for asking clarifying questions. Sheesh. Be careful.

  Ever since the new manager took over the repair shop all I have to say i have been treated like a valued customer. Can't be any happier a out the repair that have been done. Thanks

  Mechanic scolded me.loud voice. Cut me off when I had a concern about the safety of my tire. Not happy. Manager was ok and job was completed properly. Mechanic upset me and I spend a lot of money at your store.

  I've been to Tire Choice on Warm Springs many times for tires and brakes and they've always done a good job. Never speedy. Sometimes an oil change might take 3 hours. I went to them for something different this week. My driver window wouldn't go up and down. Apparently it was a regulator and they charged over $1,000 to fix it after I paid them and had the work done. I searched around and found out that this job should have cost $400 to $600 but I bit the bullet and paid it. But what was really disappointing when I got home and looked at the window that they'd repaired it was filthy. For $1,000 they didn't clean the window and I couldn't even clean it with window cleaner. I had to go back to Tire Choice and they got a razor blade out to scrape off the sticky tape remnants that they left on the window. So I think I paid too much and they didn't finish the job professionally
