  I went to this location for a simple oil change and almost ended up losing my engine because of a basic mistake. The technician installed the oil filter without the rubber gasket (O-ring) that seals the filter to the engine. This small but critical part prevents oil leaks and maintains proper oil pressure. Without it, the engine can quickly lose oil and suffer serious or catastrophic damage. Because of this mistake, oil leaked all over my engine, leaving it covered in oil and now requiring a deep cleaning. This situation should never happen during something as basic as an oil change. What is even more disappointing is the way the situation was handled. I was told the issue would be investigated, but the manager never contacted me, and I have received no real explanation or follow-up. On top of that, I lost an entire day with my family dealing with a problem that was caused by a simple oversight that should have been checked before returning the vehicle to me. This is actually the second bad experience I’ve had at this same location. The first time, they lost the coolant reservoir cap, which caused me to break down on the highway. I called the store to let them know what happened and ask about the missing cap, but no one took responsibility. What made this situation even more frustrating is that when I tried to understand what happened with my car, the technician initially tried to explain what he had checked. However, the person in charge stopped him and told him he was not allowed to speak with me because my car was “under investigation.” That was honestly unbelievable. After putting my engine—and potentially my safety—at risk, the least they could do was allow the technician to explain what was inspected so I could feel safe starting my vehicle again. Instead, I had to check the engine myself and stay there longer to make sure nothing else had been done incorrectly. A basic service like an oil change should never put a customer’s engine or safety at risk. If you decide to come here, I strongly recommend double-checking all the work done on your vehicle before leaving. I truly hope management takes responsibility and improves their quality control before another customer ends up with a much worse outcome. And they did not give me my money back.

  I had an incredible experience at Tire Choice thanks to Khrys! She was absolutely amazing, kind, professional, and truly cares about her customers. Even though I wasn’t one of her regulars, she treated me like a loyal customer and made sure I was completely taken care of. Watching her interact with others while I was there was heartwarming. It’s clear that everyone loves her and trusts her. Tire Choice is lucky to have someone like Khrys on their team!

  Took my Jeep in to check the air suspension they'll do a visual inspection. Claim that would take 2 hrs ok fine. Then I get a call they say its leaking air but don't know from where, they need to put itbon the machine to run diagnostics. $125 later oh you need a new compressor thats going to be $2000 + $350 to install and rhis is coming from your suspension specialist ok. NO THANK YOU! I pick up my jeep ask if they have military discount 5% but here's the kickerbyou take off the $6.25 then add that same $6.25 back in for for shop supply fees. FOR WHAT SUPPLIES? All you did was plug it up to a machine and you begrudge me $6.25, which makes me feel like you didn't even do that! All smiles and pleasantries from staff! I guess I was being lazy because I had already ordered the 2 Air Suspension elbow repair kits for a total of $43.24 from amazon. I just though businesses like repeat business verses bad reviews of being scam artist. So I went over to the Base hobby Shop didn't even have to put ot on a lift. Just raise the hood un screw and pop off the casing screw the new ones on and pop the casing back on. VIOLA!!!! JEEP LIFTS AND LOWERS AS ITS SUPPOSE TOO! And not a damn thing wrong with my compressor WOW! Nothing like youtube I tell you, better than the alternative! So thank you for the motivation!
