  The employees were pleasant enough but was told my car would cost $115 for an oil change but charged me $178 before the employee said he'd give me a discount of $20. Which don't get me wrong was nice but they said it was because my car took 7.5 quarts instead of 5. Also which I understand but I was never asked about that to confirm if that pricing was ok. Also went in for a tire patch which they couldn't patch due to where the nail was located. I was quoted $440 for a replacement that wouldn't even match my other tires. I found a matching tire for way less. I went here because I had a very good experience before, now I won't be back.

  Needed a flat repair as I would be traveling to California for work. Called and spoke to Nicole, she told me a price and I brought my truck in. The were able to repair my tire on a Sunday and put my spare tire under my truck bed. Would definitely go back for future service.

  Let me start pretty sad to see the original team gone between stitch and Tim upfront and the mechanic jon in the back my vehicle was in good hands could drop it off and never questioned the work being recommended. Now they have a team in half the size never has the full shop open when I pass by and there knowledge does not strike me as they know what there doing went in for a flat repair did not get acknowledged and definitely not going back after seeing all new people crap choice tire choice do better Definitely losing future business Update: For anyone else who preferred the way Stitch handled your vehicle I found him today running the Big O Tire on Rainbow. Definitely going there furthermore for all my business

  Had a great experience here, blew 2 tires in the Baker CA area, late on a Saturday and had to be towed to LV for new tires and a hotel for the night. I ended up getting all 4 because the rest were close on a Sunday. I originally chose Tire Choice as they were one of the only shops open on Sunday that had a good reputation. Nicole really saved the day and suggested some good tires for my application and got them from another store and got the work done within a couple hours and had me on my way. She was the only one working the front counter and also in the shop helping with the work. Hats off to her as I know how hard that can be. Very professional and I’d definitely come back if I was in the area.
