  I took my Hyundai car in because I had accidentally hit a curb while turning. The tire had been damaged & was leaking air. I met the manager & staff. They had - in stock - my brand of tire and were able to work on the problem immediately. What a pleasant and upbeat place to settle in as my car was being repaired. Just marvelous people. And their work was top notch. I got an oil change also. Thank you Tire Choice!

  I had a vibration on my truck and stopped by your shop to have my tires rotated and balanced. Luckily I got right in at 5;50 pm. The guy in the office was nice. I was a little concerned because there was only one technician working and the other two guys in the office were on speaker phone talking to one of their buddies, joking around and talking very explicitly and dirty talking. Thank goodness their wasn't any females or children in the office area while this non sense took place. The two jokers in the office let the technician do all the work by himself. The technician was very polite and accommodating and professional. The balance and rotation would have taken half the time if one of their buddies office jokers would of helped the lone worker.

  Seriously disappointed with the service I received, first I was told I had the wrong part when I knew it was the right part, because I had previously had the engine light checked and was charged over 300 dollars for labor and I had already purchased the part.

  When our prepaid maintenance plan expired with the dealership we originally purchased the car from, I was honestly relieved. Dealing with them had always been a frustrating experience. I brought my vehicle here for a simple oil change and supplied my own oil, oil filter, and air filter. From the start, the gentleman at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. He confirmed the timing and asked if I was comfortable leaving the car for a few hours. The service was completed exactly within the quoted timeframe. They also let me know the oil filter I had purchased didn’t fit and took care of providing the correct one without any hassle. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the overall experience was smooth and stress free. I’m looking forward to continuing to do business with them.
