Firestone store @ Flamingo@ Rainbow said they are easily fixable because they have small nails in, and tires are in great condetions, but they could not left my sprinter van. Untrustworthy!!!!!

Josh the manager took a look and checked me in really quick and the technician took the car to the bay to inspect all tires. They found that the same tire has few other issues as well with damaged inner shoulder and a nail in the tire. Due to my car is AWD so the tires would have to match for longevity. I have replaced my fronts few months ago at a different shop. He tried to look if they have the inventory for the same tire but unfortunately those tires were exclusives for the other shop so I have to go back to the other shop to replace my rears now. He helped me to check if the closest shop has in stock of those tires as well. They ended up didn’t charge me for replacing the valve stem because he said they couldn’t help match and don’t have the tire I needed. What a service! Thank you so much for taking my car in and replaced the valve stem for free! I know it doesn’t cost much but really help relieve my stress from driving a leaking tire and also went above and beyond inspected and found the issue of the tire to avoid serious damage. Thank you for such a great service!

I thought I was lucky they took me in to fix it as I was driving cross country. When I got home to get it double checked cause it was starting to wear on top of the belt which was odd. The belt was put on incorrectly as well as my intake wasn’t even locked back in place. Faulty, incompetent and dangerous mechanic work. Thought I paid a premium price as a “reputable” establishment. This is your warning. Go elsewhere.
