I pulled up and I called in.. an older white guy with glasses and a big nose was standing there. I asked him if could please put air in my tire. I was going to tip him also. Without hesitation he said NO his air was already off. He told me to go to gas station to do it myself. I was utterly shocked! I then told him wow! Merry Christmas. He replied ya Merry Christmas. I left.

We pull up right on time at 0900 and the doors are locked, no lights are on, no one’s inside. Two other customers walked up to the door and also found it locked. Waited 17mins and called the business with no answer. This is not how you run business with no heads up to customers with scheduled appointments. Had high hopes since their reviews were rated 4.3 stars and the customer service presented over the phone seemed catering.. nope. Severely disappointed. Went to Firestone instead. Do not go here, your time will be wasted.
