  Don’t come here. These guys damaged my rim during a tire repair and the store manager only made excuses and then left without any solution. When I was speaking to the cashier in the front he came and said I’m excused from the conversation and I need to leave or he will call the cops. Terrible place and the store manager, Phillip is a terrible person.

  I would give 10 stars if possible! The staff fixed my tire quickly and were very professional. They went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend Tire Choice! Great service, and friendly staff!!

  Went to this place to get tires put on the car and tire pressure monitoring system sensors switched over for all four was told that would not be a problem. However, when I picked up the car, the tires were leaking and only the rear sensors were working when I took it back they told me that they had fixed some leaks, but the sensors had all four been changed and to give it a week that they would cycle and reset that “Tesla” was still a mystery to them. After I left, I went to the grocery store and heard a rattle, removing the tire allowed me to know that the tire pressure sensor from the rear tire was not installed correctly and was rolling around inside making a noise rattling. I took it back the next morning at 7:30 when they opened and expressed to them that Time and that they were not going to reset the tire pressure sensors due to the fact that they were rolling around inside of the tire I was assured they would fix it an hour later I was called and told to pick up my vehicle that they had done everything they were going to do and they refused to service my I asked them why they said they agreed to install two front tires. I said what about the tire pressures? Do the tire pressure sensors on two wheels the ones they had installed I asked if that was the case then why are the The ones that are rattling in the back if I only paid you to touch the front, why would you touch the back if there was never Agreed upon I was then told that I was a liar and that he was done and wouldn’t talk about it anymore .A man named Paul, then pushed my chest and told me to leave. I told him there was no reason to escalate the situation to where that he was to assault me physically. There was no reason to touch me or push me in the way that he had that I was simply asking why he was unable to do the work that I had asked, for after we agreed upon it. I ask the status of my vehicle I was told the rear sensor that was rattling From being installed correctly was not their problem and they were not going to replace it. I then ask if I had only gotten service on the front two tires were there at least pressure sensors on those tires Because they still were not reading, and if I was leaving, I needed to be able to tell the next Shop how to fix the car I was then told that there was only one tire pressure sensor in the driver rear, but they had never installed the ones in the front after two other visits of them telling me that they had installed all four and that the one that was broken they were not going to replace so now I leave this place assaulted or scratched powder coated rim, a tire that leaks and one sensor installed after spending close to 14 hours out of the shop

  It seems that they hire basically anybody off the street over here. Who changes out 4 tires on a vehicle but fails to notice that 2 of the tires are made for the back(and are much wider) and put the back tires on the front? Not a big mistake right? Well how about also letting the customer pay AND leave without realizing they put the tires on wrong.. Do you guys even have competent employees? Does nobody do a safety check on the vehicles before sending them off?? Give your head a shake to not even offer a small discount for almost causing even more damage to the vehicle. I would never recommend a shop like this to anyone, like who else did you do this to and they could be driving around with the sloppy job you do. Pitiful.

  Under New Management, Definitely miss the old management and even the technicians. I most likely will not be going back here. 3 weeks ago I brought my my wife's car and they said "i need a coolant flush, its corroded" also a brake fluid exchange" I checked the coolant and didn't see any corrosion. Took my corolla over the weekend and guess what!!! They said the same thing "that i needed a coolant flush because its corroded, took my car home, let it cool off and checked the coolant. I didn't need a coolant flush but I definitely needed more coolant because I was very low. This kinda pissed me off, couldn't have they just been honest and say your low on coolant and charged me for a $25 bottle of coolant instead of saying I needed a flush that would take an hour. Smh, stop ripping off people, not the correct thing to do!
