I contacted expedia, the 3rd party I had booked through and they had told me to contact SIXT in order to request a refund. I contacted SIXT and they said they would be happy to help.... but I needed to contact Expedia. After several back and forth conversations Expedia began to process my refund, only to be rejected by SIXT. This has been an ongoing process for several months and has been very frustrating. Not only does this continue to reinforce my belief that 3rd party rental booking companies are a scam, but I am also unhappy with SIXT. Not only did they fail to follow through with what they had told me, I felt my money was stolen. We did not end up using the car and it was a standard car, so something that was not low on inventory.

The customer service is A1 a real taste of luxury and assistance. I believe the young lady that helped me her name was Jennifer. She was German but so kind and so sweet. And it was extremely affordable for that kind of luxury I definitely plan to go back and rent some of their nicer vehicles. Here is the BMW I rented however I also rented a mustang as well
