- JDJesse DaltonJun 2, 20241.0Walked into the store and waited in line behind those in front of me and as several people lined up behind me/us when a gentleman walks in, up to the counter and is given his receipt/refund (?) by Anthony. When I finally got up to the counter, I brought it to Anthony’s attention and he was excusing his actions, stating that he was only getting his receipt. Then, as I asked to prepay my pump, Anthony told me matter-of-factly, “I’m good!” My fellow shoppers that waited were also voicing their dissatisfaction, when he followed up with “I have the right to refuse service.” Other people in the store witnessed this spectacle and he continued to mouth of to me as I paid the other cashier and walked out. Totally unprofessional. “What you allow, will continue.” & worsen.
