- SBS. BakerNov 1, 20194.0I like going to this particular Sinclair. The employee's are always friendly and they always give great customer service. The only thing I don't like is buying gas from them. If you use you credit or debit card, they place a hold on it for a certain amount. It caused a negative balance plus overdraft fees for my friend a while back. She only had $30 in her account and she wanted $25 of gas. Well they processed a $40 hold on her card and threw her into a negative balance. I understand why they do the holds, but if a customer isn't aware that you do them then I feel that it's unfair to the customer as well. Maybe they should make their customers aware if this before buying gas? I'm not sure if they still do this, because I don't buy gas here. I buy my gas from my work. But I just want to make others aware of this. Other than that, I love Sinclair!
