Each week, the appointment was scheduled and then cancelled at the last minute, and I had to repeatedly reach out on my own just to get basic updates. The phone service has been equally frustrating. The Las Vegas number routes you through an automated system that takes several minutes to navigate, only to disconnect before you can reach an actual person. This has made it extremely difficult to resolve even the simplest questions. In addition, on three separate occasions I took time off work to make the appointments scheduled, only for them to be cancelled last minute—sometimes after my appointment time had already passed. This has been a significant and unnecessary inconvenience.
