- RJRobert Jose5 days ago1.0Safelite auto glass. I would never hire them. I hired them to change my windshield when they arrive. They wanted to get paid in full after the job was done. The guy didn’t vacuum my car and put the windshield wipers on backwards, which I didn’t know at the time. Later on it rained and I turned them on, and they both jumped over the top of each Other so I called Safelite and they said I had to put in a warranty claim which I didn’t understand because the guy had just left. They forced me to put in a warranty claim and said they would come see me in two days so I haven’t been able to drive my car for two days they didn’t seem to care at all. They said this is the best we can do for you so now I’m still sitting here the second day and it’s raining again and I’m not sure they’re gonna even show up. I’m getting ready to call my insurance company and report them and also stop payment on my credit card. I would not hire this company no matter what they do shady work and don’t take care of the work that they mess

Nathan , the technician came to my home to replace the windshield. He was on time, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The job took as long as he said it would. He explained how long to wait before doing certain things to allow the sealant to dry sufficiently. It was a very low stress experience with great results.
