  I watched several videos on how to install the windshield in my 1974 C10. All of them had at least two people, sometimes 3. I asked Mark when he showed up if he was able to do this alone, he assured me he had done several and would be able to complete the install by himself. Afterwards I apologized for doubting his ability. Great job Mark!

  Anthony did a great job on our windshield. He arrived on time and contacted us beforehand to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing auto glass services.

  This is for safelite by the airport. Summary: small crack front windshield was too difficult to repair and the new windshield had large gaps that let water pour in. We had to get it fixed after water was soaking the car . This was hard bc cancelled on multiple times, one time without any notice or a courtesy call. A total of 5 appointments for a small 3mm crack to turn into 2 full replacements due to poor communication, multiple cancellations and incompetence is just puzzling. A silver lining was it was covered under warranty. The front office guy at safelite is nice and polite and apologetic. Please note I had a positive experience with this location for a different vehicle (everything was perfect). I hope this was just a crazy coincidence for them.

  I had my windshield replaced on my BMW X5 at Safelite on Sunset Rd last Saturday. After the replacement, I noticed the top edge of the windshield is extremely sharp—sharp enough that it feels like it could cut skin. I came back to the store today to show them the issue. I asked an employee to feel the edge, but he refused and even said it could cut his skin. Despite this, he told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. His attitude was also rude and unhelpful. This is a serious safety concern. A windshield should never be left in a condition that could potentially injure someone. I am very disappointed with both the workmanship and the customer service. I expect Safelite to take responsibility and fix this issue properly. If you want to push harder (get action faster), I can also add a line asking for: • refund • full replacement • or escalation to corporate (this works very well)

  A+++ Rather than have the tech come to my home, I actually went to their service center for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised! The experience was great—fast, clean, and affordable! Staff was excellent! Daxi and Sean were nice and very helpful. I went to the Safelight in Las Vegas near the airport and highly recommend that location! They got me in fast and I was out of there in roughly around 20 minutes. 🥳👍
