    The representative for a driver was very sensitive when I questioned him about paying charges up front without any service.He became very offensive. He claimed that I was yelling at him.And I was only asking a question. They have you sign a waiver that if their process calls further damage, they would not be responsible for the damage. I asked him if you could contact the office and let me know what a windshield would cost for my vehicle. He was very offended by me.Asking that question and claimed that I was yelling at him. Wow, I'm the customer and I was not yelling at him. I was just being firm about what it would cost me to have a windshield replaced. If further damage were caused by their process. This may be a new way of doing business, but I don't pay for services up front that may cause further damage to my vehicle.

    Horrible service. They replace the windshield and they don't do the job properly. Then you get ran around between offices and you have to listen to them bad mouthing one another, instead of fixing the problem.

    They replaced a windshield on my wife’s 2020 rav4 and told her they would leave her keys in the overnight lockbox and provided a text message and a verbal code for her to pick up her vehicle. We went to the lockbox after hours and her keys were not in the lockbox. We thought our vehicle was stolen because our vehicle was not parked outside like safelite said it would be. The next day she called and the manager stated that his tech forgot to leave the car outside and keys in the lockbox. My wife had to call out of work to pick up the vehicle and the manager apologized and said to call him if any other work needs to be done on our vehicles and he would take care of it at no cost. I later contacted him and told him I need to replace my quarter rear window on my Subaru and he told me to bring it in at a set time and appt. I showed up and he took my keys and said it would take the most 30 minutes. He parked my car in the shop and I waited an hour and half until I asked the status of my vehicle. The manager stated he completely forgot about it and we went to my car and then he states that the window might break if he replaces the molding that I needed replaced. Didn’t say anything about taking care of it but warning me if he does the work that the window might break. I told him I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to go to work and changed my schedule for this appt. He told me to bring it another day. I wouldn’t waste my time taking your window repairs to safelite.
