  My husband rented a truck and trailer on Monday, Oct. 6, to move across the country. He and our friend left Tuesday, Oct 7. They had to replace the windshield wipers, had to fill the def tank, had to call roadside assistance to replace a trailer tire, and had to call them again after the engine light came on later. Today, Oct. 8, the air conditioning went out, and as they stopped for gas, they checked around the truck and found the rear driver side tire was separating, and once again had to call roadside assistance. After two days of being on the road, they haven’t made it out of New Mexico! Thank you, Drew, at Golden State Storage, where my husband picked up the truck, for your kindness. The gentleman at South Penske in Vegas, I can’t say the same for. When the trip is done, I might have a better update, but as of now I’m pretty disappointed. Someone did not do their job in checking this truck before putting it on the road for a cross-country trip.

  I want to follow-up on my last review of this business. I don't want to be the guy that only opened his mouth when he has something negative to say. On my very next interaction with penske Hacienda ,the service was unbelievably appropriate I mean it was good. I've said that they get on the job they do their job well and you know except for a little snafu here and there, There really isn't too many bad things to say about this place other than they don't have enough room for all the business they have and we just have to deal with that because it's definitely worth it to seek out this location. Thanks rental, service and office personnel one and all. I appreciate you.

  Had a discrepancy at The North Las Vegas location. Called and talked with Miles the District Ops Manager and within minutes he had the misunderstanding sorted out. Great Communication skills and has the knowledge for his industry. Thanks for your help.

  It's just that our of 6 issues that I asked to get fixed only 2 got fixed and after picking up i wasn't told that half the things wasn't fixed. I went on a trip and all the problems came right back again. Now it's causing me all kinds of inconvenience because of it

  5-Star Service Thanks to Izzy! My experience with Penske started off a bit rocky—my original pickup location didn’t have my reservation correct, and I had to drive out of my way to get the truck. However, everything turned around once I was connected with Izzy. She was absolutely AMAZING! Izzy went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she offer a significant discount for the inconvenience, but she also upgraded us to a larger truck. Her professionalism, kindness, and quick problem-solving truly turned a frustrating situation into a five-star experience. Thanks to Izzy, what started off as a stressful moving day ended on a great note. Penske is lucky to have her!
