  My husband & I were a little lost on trying to find what car to rent for our honeymoon in Vegas - through his work, we have a membership with National and we werent seeing anything we were liking. Dee saw we seemed like deer in headlights and came to our rescue! He was patient, kind, asked what we were looking for, gave us a bit of direction, and a few recommendations based on the type of ride we were seeking, and promptly found us something great! Literally took 5min (would have been less, but we were going through the online portal for booking to attach the membership my husband has to our rental). Truly, Dee & his guidance were much needed and we are grateful for the 5 star service he provided! Thank you so much! 😊

  I became a National Car Rental member a few years ago. Since then, it's the only car rental company I will use. They have a great selection of vehicles, their cars are always clean and well-maintained, and their staff is always pleasant from pick-up to drop-off. The 'emerald aisle' feature is also an added convenience that gives you some choice, which is nice to have. They do not have the cheapest rates and are well worth paying a few extra dollars. I believe all their members would agree. Thank you again.

  We've rented with National for the last 5 years; maybe 2 or 3 times per year. Until this past week, no issues with our car. This last week, we had one of our tires blow out in Phoenix. The National Roadside Assistance and overall process was fantastic. We were towed to the local branch, and within 10 minutes, we were on the road with a new vehicle. The Phoenix Airport staff were top notch and helpful. They recognized the terrible situation we were in and got us back on our trip in no time. The whole process was flawless.

  Rented a vehicle at the Las Vegas airport car rental center. There were numerous vehicles available in the Executive area. I was able to choose a SUV that appealed to me, it was clean inside and out. I had no issues while driving the vehicle and returning the vehicle was easy and convenient, even at a 3:30 am drop off, employees were there to greet you and take in your car. The rental agreement and receipt after you return your vehicle are e-mailed to you. Price wise, National seems to be higher in cost for the same type of vehicle from other companies but the service and selection of vehicles are top notch, at least at the Las Vegas location.

  I was quite sure that they would not be able to accommodate our request. We needed certain color, size, vehicles to display in our booth at the SEMA show 2025. We also requested 1/4 tank of gas or less (safety requirement for the LVCC). I was very skeptical that National would be able to follow through. They did it. There was a slight delay picking up the 3rd of the 3 vehicles that we rented. Mostly because they were actually picked up on two separate days. Cars 1 and 2 were picked up on Wednesday and car 3 on Friday and they thought all three were picked up on Wednesday. I had to wait a little bit for the 3rd one but man, great customer service. Highly recommend. Delivered what we needed and also met the safety standard for displaying them inside the building! Fantastic! Christopher Ashley is the managers name and he hooked us up! Great job Chris!
