  I recently rented a vehicle at the Las Vegas Harry Reid airport National car rental center and it was a memorable experience. Unfortunately, during my trip I experienced a broken driver-side window. I reported it immediately through the 1-800 number and National instructed me to return the vehicle and they would exchange it for another vehicle. The process took less than 2 hours and the service desk agent was very supportive and helped to ensure the exchange went smoothly. I was back to enjoying my vacation within a couple of hours. I highly recommend National for your future car rental needs.

  The pickup and drop off experience was great. However, the vehicle's key fob had a dead battery (I assume) and it made for an incredibly frustrating experience because the vehicle wouldn't start 90% of the starts. Messed around with it for 30 minutes before going to a wedding... which made us late... and hot... while sitting in 90 degrees outside in suits. This really pissed me off (if I am being honest). The key didn't work in the vehicle's "dead fob" slot under the steering wheel either. This 1 problem ruined the entire experience - all over $2 worth of fob batteries. I didn't want to replace it myself in fear of being charged $1000 for potentially ruining a fob... and really didn't have time to address it at your location. You all should really replace these batteries once a year as part of maintenance routines.

  Cars in good conditions, quick check out process, but I still haven’t heard back for a week regarding my unexpected extra charges. They charged me for an upgrade and some “quality service process” fee even with Emerald Executive membership. Reply #1 to Nationals / Nellie (since I can't reply to the reply) Is this another AI generated automated response? I already replied to the manager's automated message on March 9th. I already chatted to a possibly AI agent through contact-us.html, where I got a case number on March 12th. No real results yet. A terrible customer service is the last thing I want to worry about after vacation.

  Michelle Chinneth was incredibly helpful when we returned from our trip. We had a pretty stressful situation during the rental, including a flat tire and needing to switch vehicles out of state, which made the trip more complicated than expected. When we closed out the rental, Michelle was professional, patient, and very understanding about everything we had gone through. She took the time to listen and helped make sure the situation was handled properly. Her calm and helpful attitude really made a difference after such a frustrating experience. Great customer service like that is truly appreciated. Thank you, Michelle, for helping make the end of our trip much smoother! ⭐️

  We had a pretty stressful experience during our trip — including a flat tire and having to switch vehicles out of state. It was definitely a headache dealing with everything while traveling.
