- SSSalty Sauce1 day ago5.0I need to remember to only use this location. Unfortunately, other locations are a hit and miss but this one always gets it done and there's no problems. Guys are friendly and I'm happy with the service. I was literally done with jiffy lube after going to a different location because the kids there were not friendly, over charged me, didn't put the oil cap on right, and the national customer service blew me off. I was done and went somewhere else for my last oil change but today I didn't have a lot of time and I was driving past this location. They totally revived my trust so they should all get recognition. Well done fellas. Jordan, Jayden, Shamar, and there was another guy but I missed his name. All efficient and helpful

- D_Dutchy _4 days ago2.0I wanted to give 5 stars because I'm fairly easy to please, however I had a coupon for $10 off an oil change. The oil change was advertised at only taking 15 minutes but took 50 minutes. My coupon wasn't deducted from the final bill even after showing my email to Jordan at time of purchase. I ended up paying $163 for an oil change and air cabin filter replacement. I even tipped $20. I don't ask for much, but when I mentioned the coupon twice and it still didn't get deducted from the bill, I lose my patience. I tried calling just now to remedy the error and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then the call was ended on their part. Not great customer service when it comes to phone etiquette leaving a bad taste in my opinion. The staff was friendly enough to me but between two of them there was obvious friction. There also was no sense of urgency, even though I came at an ideal time and had zero wait getting into the garage. I'm happy to have my oil changed, but most likely won't be returning. $10 coupon may not be much; it is however a discount people like me don't take for granted. Being ignored and placed on hold is infuriating.
