Not only did he thoroughly explain everything that was going on with my car, but he also took the time to answer all my questions, which really put my mind at ease. Tevin went above and beyond by offering solutions tailored to my situation and even provided a discount, which I truly appreciated. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me and ensuring my car was in great shape. The rest of the staff was equally amazing—everyone was friendly and professional. I asked if they could get me in and out and if not I could come back later, but Josh said he could absolutely get me in and out under 15 minutes!! He was fast, knowledgeable, kind with a positive upbeat attitude, and shows why I ALWAYS choose Jiffy Lube and will continue to do so! Sometimes when you ask places if they can get you in and out, they have an attitude instead of just nicely saying come back at a better time and Josh was the complete opposite of that with absolute kindness. Love the service I was provided.

Josh is quick and knowledgeable about everything! - KWkrystal williamsNov 6, 20251.0I always go here for an oil change and to have my tires checked. Well this time I needed my tires checked. I was greeted my a rude condescending manger. He was so rude and childish. Name starts with a J. He told me to pull on the side of the wall and park on the side and wait someone will come and check my tire pressure. I did just that I waited over 30 while the manager was talking and laughing with other employees. I finally got out of the car and a lady said “ oh you need air?” She then said pull back into the port because the air pressure pump was not working. Once in the port she was unable to provide air because it was not working. I sat there the whole time waiting for nothing. Nevertheless I went down the street to another tire place and they were able to assist me. FYI practice on your customers service. It’s horrible!!!
