I’ve been to this location and other Jiffy Lube locations several times with this car and had an oil change with no issue. This time about 10 minutes after they pulled the car into the day, they pulled it back out and came to hand me the key. The lady said they didn’t carry my oil in stock, which is strange since I’ve had the car serviced here before. Also, there’s an auto parts store across the parking lot where I could’ve gone to buy the necessary oil and still paid them for the service. She also said they filled the tires with air, which is weird because I checked the tires myself two days ago and they were at the correct pressure. I certainly won’t be coming back here or recommending this location.
