They stripped drain plug and tried to blame someone else despite them having record they changed my oil the time prior. Manager conveniently not in the shop. They just told me I needed a whole new oil drain pan next oil change and they can do it, costing me $400! Are you kidding me! They then told me they placed temporary seal over drain plug and there was no visible leak. I would stay away from this place.

How ever if Julio is doing is doing your brake job or swaping out your Struts worth the wait Quantity work at a fair and competitive pricing. They even took the time to explain a few maintenance tips that I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean, the staff was friendly, and the turnaround time was much faster than I anticipated. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed with high-quality care, but this team nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future service needs.
