    When I drove up, I noticed the sign that said it would only take 15 minutes. They should really take that sign down because I was there for almost an hour. I went in for an oil change and they checked the air filter and the oil filter and obviously the oil filter needed changing obviously I needed oil but my air filter looked nearly New and they insisted it needed to be replaced ,rather than argue I let them replace it. I needed to go I had things to do today. A little while later I noticed that it appears that they are finished working on my car and the hood is now down and my car is pulled out however it's been sitting there for about 25 minutes with no explanation to me. Finally I go and ask a tech, and he says they had to go get an air filter. I told him it was incredibly rude not to inform me that they did not have one on the premises and would have to leave to go and get one, also had I known that they did not have one I would have just kept the one I had since it was in great condition. When it was time to pay, it was the manager. I wasn't informed he was the manager, nor was he wearing a shirt that said manager. He told me the price and before I paid I explained that it was incredibly rude not to inform me and just have me wait there for way past 15 minutes. The manager exclaimed, it wasn't me Mam. I told him I was aware that it wasn't him personally and asked if I could speak with his manager. He then informed me he was the manager and continued to say it wasn't me it wasn't me, first of all that was extremely immature second of all I can't believe somebody pays this man to be a manager when he denies it was he. I explained if you're the manager and these are your crew then it was you you are supposed to take full responsibility instead you're running like a scared 2 year old. He then acted as if he didn't hear me and said I gave you $10 off for the inconvenience. I then thanked him for that because I hadn't been informed that there was a coupon I could have used very easily. I don't think an oil change should cost $135 plus attitude from your manager. It was NOT worth the time, aggregation and shady practices. So disappointed in jiffy lube. Do better. I was kind and there were others customers sitting in the waiting room, 1 who pointed out that my air filter looked practically new and there didn't look like a reason to replace it. Again, don't waste your time. There's so many things they could have done better and I'm really disappointed in the brand.
