This device was calibrated 2 weeks ago. It is not registering my rolling retest multiple times. I’ve been blowing in this thing for 6 months so I know it’s not my breathing technique that is causing the issue. I’m now out of breath from 7 failed attempts - my horn is honking uncontrollably at my place of work - and now I’m locked out. The website is down for maintence and customer service can’t help while system is down. I’m due for removal next week and I’m certain this is just another tactic to squeeze more money from me. I’m livid - this company has been very untrustworthy from the start.
