- CECandise EasterdayAug 18, 20251.0If I could leave zero stars I would.)Anyone who needs RV repaired I would skip this place. They don't tell you how long it will take to fix your RV when you drop it off. They don't listen to the problem you are having with the RV. If you want an update for anything, you have to call them daily, and you will be lied to about when you will receive an update. They will only send an email when the RV is ready. When you ask if they actually checked out the issue you were having, you will be told "I think so, we will get back to you" and then ghost you like your a bad date. They require you to physically return to the office to actually get an update on the RV, because maybe they don't know how to use a phone? They also do unauthorized things and charge you for them. This place was a terrible experience for a first time RV owner. I get that things take time and places are busy, but after have my trailer for almost 6ish weeks, having to call daily, physically going down there to get any information, and to have the trailer not addressed as asked is pretty ridiculous. Then to get the bill and find molding on the trailer we didn't authorize is bad service. I would steer clear of this trailer repair shop.
