  These ppl are scammer off top the person was did a scan on my car. My car definitely did not have any codes coming up when I brought it to them. Yes it did have a coolant leak and that was it(leak started in June reminder I have proof from mechanic and recent pictures hood open and pictures of scans that was done on the car that are within 2 weeks) They kept my car for like a week just from minor scrapes to the hood bumper and close to the light. Matter a fact after they complete the work. The paint wasn’t the right color and extra chips that was not on car!!! I was willing to let that slide until I got it back the next morning car was acting as if it didn’t want to start big exhaust frames cat rumbles That morning it started I drive it to work. But the drive was not normal. Once I got off and started car seemed to be stolling and not wanting to drive. Car wouldn’t go over 56mph while trying to make it home. I get home plug car in to scan $18DAF110 and $18DAF118 (it basically said when I googled the code that this wasn’t a normal code and basically the car wasn’t communicating.) I cleared the codes and car started up no problem. I took car to oreilys to let them scan it. They let me know since I cleared codes nothing came up. They told me to come back once lights came back on. ( light that came on red lighting bolt check engine and 2 light 1 from day time light and other is same type of light) I tried to call Saturday morning when this started but no answer and message box was full. I call Monday just had been dropped off at work and they offered to pick car up. To diagnose. So I call and lady sound a lil annoyed with me. Told me that the would do diagnostic on car by tomorrow evening to see who is responsible if it would be from scrap them or if it was something else. She calls me back with my car has an antifreeze leak look like it’s been like that for a long time and low on oil fyi I have no oil leak my car is parked in my garage no oil on the ground. (FYI when the car was here I check oil and it was in right level. I have witnesses) I actually even put more antifreeze in there. And I repeat to her about all the things that was wrong with my car all of a sudden and she was like that was all the diagnosis they was going to do and if I wanted to diagnose it further I needed to take it to the dealer and if it was something they did the dealer would contact them. I will be reporting them to dmv and seeing what other step I can take on them criminal!!!! Oh and when I picked the car up when I brought up the color being off the lady said I maybe it’s not matching because the side bumper may have been replace. My car hasn’t been in an accident to where side of the car was replaced. Maybe y’all did something y’all wasn’t suppose to. Why even get me car if u not doing a full scan to get down to the problem like u said u was going to these ppl are not trust worthy(liars)!!!!!! And rude!!! And sabotage my car!!!! I’m sure they did things to it once they got it. Also they kept talking about the insurance company to pay for I’m thinking the issue. I told them this wasn’t even that type of accident. When I picked up the car I asked the lady if the work on cars. (I knew about the problem that was going on with my car antifreeze leak and was going to see if they would fix it. But the lady told me no they didn’t. But I never told her what type of repair my cane needed. Only problem my car had was 2 light the I have bubs for the replace and antifreeze leak. Nothing else!!!! I would tell ALL INSURANCE TO INVESTIGATE THESE PPL! I’m sure I’m not the only person they’ve scammed! Trying to get more money from the insurance companies! I’m sure I’ll have to get a new car from whatever they’ve done.

  We had an absolutely amazing experience with Junior and all the staff. My car was fixed beyond expectations and in 4 days instead of the estimated 2 weeks. My car is absolutely beautiful and you can never tell some idiot rear ended my car. Thank you for your amazing work and friendly and informative messages throughout the process.   Junior restored my belief in honest auto shops. Before I get to that, I'll address the obvious and say that the repair work they did was amazing. I came in for a few reasons, and for one of the issues, instead of telling me “we’ll do this for $600” Junior told me “here’s how you can fix it yourself and save $600” That alone earned them a customer for life!!

  My car was accidentally towed to them by All-State insurance. When I showed up they treated me like I was stupid. I would never trust them with my car.
