  Geico recommended the place and it was a fast sign in process, communication is great but their automotive work did not meet the insurance guarantee I was offered. I refused to go back to the shop a 3rd time. My vehicle is currently being worked on at a second repair shop. They asked me to sign and pay before they released the vehicle and I trusted them. My advice to anyone that goes here, take your time inspecting your vehicle before you pay your deductible and drive off the lot. I don't like to be negative but we pay a lot of money to insure our vehicles to receive unsatisfactory service and negligent repairs when we need it, not to mention the deductible coming out of pocket because the party at fault did not have coverage.

  Pros: Efrain was helpful but… I would most likely never come back to this shop due to the following: Poor job inspecting that everything was in tact. 1. They put a cracked rear light. Had to bring it in. 2. They did not seal the molding around the rear window. Had to bring it in. I’m not sure what other problems will arise, but I will say, I should have gone through another shop when I heard a few other customers coming in saying their vehicles weren’t being repaired correctly and they were having issue and seeing the reviews. This shouldn’t have happened. The attention detail was definitely not there. It’s disappointing and I’m honestly worried of what other little details weren’t done that will trigger to bigger issues. I will be taking my vehicle to another body shop to get inspected. We got chop shop service on how my car was repaired.

  I brought my vehicle back for warranty work after many years have passed. Gerber did an amazing job and I could not be happier.

  This review comes in two parts. First, Danny was a real nice guy and kept me in the know of what was happening. So props to him. Now the bad. My parts order was made then I called a week later l when I hadn't heard anything. Danny to me my order was somehow mistakenly cancelled. So my car would be at shop for an extra few days. Ok I can deal with that. Fast forward, I received my car and all is good. Repairs are done and all is fine. The next day I go to put stuff in the back of my SUV and the back row seats are down as is my roll piece cover that hides stuff stored in the back. They obviously took my car to pick up parts and maybe had a joyride, who the hell knows!! Not professional at all and I will steer others away from this place.
