  Geico recommended the place and it was a fast sign in process, communication is great but their automotive work did not meet the insurance guarantee I was offered. I refused to go back to the shop a 3rd time. My vehicle is currently being worked on at a second repair shop. They asked me to sign and pay before they released the vehicle and I trusted them. My advice to anyone that goes here, take your time inspecting your vehicle before you pay your deductible and drive off the lot. I don't like to be negative but we pay a lot of money to insure our vehicles to receive unsatisfactory service and negligent repairs when we need it, not to mention the deductible coming out of pocket because the party at fault did not have coverage.

  I wish I would’ve listened to the comments of others prior to coming to this place. I chose this place because it was the closest to me, and now I wish I had not. Horrible place, too many issues after receiving my vehicle back from collision repair. $10,000s worth of work done, the question is, what was repaired lol. I should have a brand new car after $10,000 worth of work. After repairs I had 1. A chipped tail light 2. Driver side door panel hanging off. Took it back twice because they couldnt put the door panel back on properly 3. They tore up my driver seat cover which was practically brand new before dropping it of there 4. Seams on my front bumper weren’t alignment properly 5. My driver side window would not stay rolled up, it kept bouncing back down 6. My windshield resovir was cracked, I advised them when I dropped the vehicle off that something was leaking and they brushed it off and said it’s fine. When I advised them after the vehicle was repaired they said it leaks due to topping off the fluid. Then why every time I put fluid in I have a huge puddle under my car. lol just wow 7. Recent went to a car was and when I came home I noticed a bubble like issue coming from the driver side door, when I observed and touched it, it peeled right off like an orange and they said they wouldn’t fix it because they believe someone hit it. Even if someone hit the vehicle, which no one did wouldn’t it leave a dent or a scratch or paint transfer, poor paint application or the layer was put on too thin. 8. The whole driver side leading back to the rear of the cars under panel was missing or removed, I had to plead to get that put on. Remember $10,000 worth of work was completed but that’s what I got after they returned my vehicle. My insurance company was notified and I will be using a different collision repair service. Please do not use this location at any cost. Poor attention to detail and half ass job done

  Got my car back faster than expected. Plus they had the rental car desk in the office. Very convenient.

  Gerber Collision & Glass at Boulder Highway is Second to None! The experience was totally awesome and their communication and updates was great. James and the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and they made us feel at ease with the whole process. The car looks amazing and the repair was completed 5 days ahead of schedule…WOW! We highly recommend Gerber Collision Service to all our family, friends, and co-workers! Thank you and you guys are the best!!!!
