  Angel at Gerber Collision is the real deal!! When my insurance company made them use an aftermarket part (that ended up being faulty) he fought the good fight as if it was his car!! He got the part, installed it quickly and he’s going back to try to get another part because it’s just not sitting quite right! I’m so thankful that he’s a perfectionist so I don’t have to be!!

  DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT have your vehicle repaired by gerber. I took my 2023 GR Corolla to them after a minor 5 mph accident. The repairs required a new bumper cover, grill, headlight and brackets. After a couple of weeks after getting the vehicle back the bumper corners were popping out. I took it back to them and they said they'd pop in back in. No problem, they popped it back in and by the time I get to my place of business the bumper has popped out again. I bring it back to them. They tell me to drop it off on monday so they can do a more thorough review of the issue. I said ok. Well on Saturday I took it to a Toyota Master tech to get a second opinion and when he goes to pop the bumper off, the bumper had been glued to the headlights. I bring it to them on Monday and raise hell about the fact the glued the bumper cover on instead of replacing the brackets. They take possession of my car and insured me that it would be fixed "right way" this time. 3 days later I pick up the car and low and behold the bumper corners are still sticking out. I stated to the gentleman that is un exceptable. I point out issues with why the bumper will not snap showing him the other working tabs what it should look like when its correctly attached. I aslo point out the warp in the bumper cover. He ask me if i want to speak with the general manager I say of coarse. The Manager comes out and I let him know my background and that I'm not stupid. Now anyone in there right mind would be upset at this point. The manager Daniel had the audacity to gaslight me and say well the after market lip is what is probably doing that to the bumper. I explained to him that the lip does not attach to the bumper but instead is attached using the factory bolts that hold the splash guard underneath the car. The lip is from ExtremeOnlineStore.com and specifically states that it uses the factory bolts and is completely evasive when installed. They told me there is nothing else they can do. If you do have had repairs done. Have it inspected at a dealership of the make of your vehicle and let your insurance know ASAP if there is an issue. Also file a complaint with the DMV and get a civil attorney and let your insurance company know. If they tried this with me, there is no telling how many peoples cars who don't know better have been screwed over.   The receptionist lady is one of the rudest and disrepectful person I have ever encounted. I felt humiliated and degraded working with her everytime I had to call or ask her a question she would give me attitude and roll her eyes. Stay away from this branch at all cost unless you want to be treated horribly from the receptionist. Management needs to have a serious intervention with her about her attitude. Everyone else is great but she brings this location down. 8/14 update - The RO number is 4210039179
