  My recent experience was as the others have been EXCELLENT! Service was quicker than expected and Ken was very nice. I've had other cars but my Volvo experience has been the best so far.

  July, hottest day in Vegas and I am from California & have a two day vacation when my Volvo was concerning for the heat as my fan was working hard smelled something when stopped I had to get my car check. Called in a Monday and told my story and was able to get in for an open appointment. Got Xavier Ortega from service team to assist me, talk about 5 star service he was attentive, assisted without up selling like my local dealer would do. Then we get the news that we need a coolant hose service and we went for it along with an oil change. Now this Volvo is so awesome that they take pictures of your car to make sure you get it as you drop it off, you get a video of your checkpoint and how your car looks when they service it. This was just a true best in class service and here in Ontario Ca Volvo all they would do is up sell u more for service and never know if they really looked at your car. Volvo should mirror this place as their norm for service thank Xavier the this lock for the service we received and be proud to have a Volvo.

  ast week I purchased a certified prior owner (CPO) XC90 from Findlay Volvo in Las Vegas. This is my second, consecutively purchased Volvo SUV from Findlay. The XC90 is low mileage and in near perfect shape thanks to their CPO vehicle check and their fix of any issues. I give Findlay Volvo high marks as a dealer. Maverick from sales was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and get things done, but low pressure (thank you). Business Manager Rico completed the documentation efficiently and found me financing that I could not beat at my own favorite credit union. I expected my rate to be 1-2% higher. Rico took the time a number of extended coverages that made my purchase even better. He also went over my coverages on my existing XC60, which now goes to my daughter. Having serviced my XC60 at Findlay for the last years, I'd say their service department also played a role in my decision to stick with Findlay and Volvo.

  I brought my car in yesterday because I am preparing for a trip and wanted to have everything checked out. I had the oil changed to a full synthetic and was having some occasional trouble with the shifting. In addition, it was recommended that I have the power steering and coolant flushed, which I also had done. They recommended that I upgrade the TCM, some kind of computer software I believe. Anyway I completed all these items and picked up my car to take it home. As I left the dealership I noticed a warning light had come on which stated Anti-Skip Service Required. I returned to the dealership and spoke with Bailey. He went and got the tech who had worked on the car. They took it back to the garage and then came to say that I needed a Steering Angle Sensor which will be an additional $900. I called later to schedule an appt. and was told I would get a call back. That was yesterday. I guess I will have to call again. Just a little curious how there was no warning light on when I went into the dealership, but came out with a $900 one.
