I joined the club, I rent only from them and they keep reminding me that "great customer service" still exists! (Or at least it does at the Flamingo and Decatur location of Enterprise rental cars in Las Vegas NV! š)

Pickup was quick, the agent walked me through a thorough inspection, and the car was clean, modern, and comfortable for long days on the highway. The assisted cruise control was a godsend and the Corolla I had averaged about 40mpg which made driving very affordable. I appreciated the unlimited miles and the straightforward drop-off at the endāreturn took only a few minutes. Two small notes for future renters: (1) ask about the toll program up front. Itās convenient, but like most rental companies it carries per-day convenience fees on top of the tolls, so decide whether youāll use their program or bring your own transponder/SunPass. (2) Double-check fluids/tires before you leave on a long haulāmine were fine, but itās a good habit. Overall, Enterprise was professional and consistent from pickup to drop-off. The car performed flawlessly, customer service was friendly, and pricing lined up with my reservation. Iād happily rent with them again for another long road trip.

The car was appropriate and a good bargain. The staff at the Muncie, IN office was great as well. The last time we rented a car, the service was deplorable! We will continue to use Enterprise from now on!
