  Have rented from Enterprise numerous times over the years and our experience has always been good with them. No complaints and would highly recommend their services.

  Haben 1 Tag zuvor ein Auto für 7 Personen reserviert, wo wir schon etwas verwirrt waren aber gut. Dann kamen wir heute um 10 Uhr zu dem Stand und uns wurde gesagt es gibt kein Auto aktuell, aber wir können 1-3h warten dann kommen eventuell 2 Autos, die wir getrennt für einen höheren Preis buchen könnten. Also haben wir jetzt kein Auto, aber uns wurde empfohlen, dass wir doch zum Flughafen fahren können und dort nachfragen können. Sehr enttäuschend für den letzten Tag eines Urlaubs, der eigentlich durchgeplant war für einen kleinen Roadtrip.

  Harrowing experience at Enterprise at Caesar palace location. If possible stay away from here. I had a SUV booked 2 months ago, confirmed with them over phone the day prior that I’m coming to pick up at 9am and when I went to pick up, they said they don’t have any! The manager, Brandon, was rude, arrogant, he is inexperienced in handling customer concerns, he decided to make it worse by making me wait for 1.5hrs which delayed my trip by that much time. Unless Enterprise hold their employees accountable and train them to treat their customers seriously and with empathy, they will lose more and more customers like me.
