    Recently had a frustrating experience with them EnSurprise/ $line during my trip to Las Vegas. I had arrived with a confirmed reservation, only to find that they had no car available for me. I ended up without a vehicle, which really messed up my plans. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong but not even a single communication after poor service was discouraging and Last minute booking were expensive. I expected much better from them, especially since many rental options in Vegas. If you're planning to rent a car, I'd recommend being cautious about this place. You really don’t want to find yourself in a situation like of paying more and messing the budjet / fun. Hope people can make an informed choice.

    Horrible. I had a car reserved for 11 a.m. and got a call at 10:20 saying it probably wouldn't be ready and they'd call me soon to confirm. No call by 10:45, so I called. Between 10:45 and 11, I had to call at least 5 times with no answer. I finally got a call at 11:08 saying the car was ready. I was on the way in my personal vehicle for an update when I received the call. I took my car back to my house and Ubered to Enterprise. I arrived at 11:40, and the car still wasn't ready.

    Awesome location!!!! Outstanding customer service! They understand your needs and care about your best interest!!! Dave is a gem extremely helpful I appreciate the cleanliness of the office and the car I received!!! Jaz was the bomb when we originally picked up!!! Miguel answered the phone and took care of my needs each time!!! Highly recommend this location!!! Thank you Enterprise Reasonable prices and the deposit even for locals By far hands down the best location
