  I want to take a moment to recognize Brandon, the manager at this location, for delivering exceptional customer service during a very busy and stressful time. I visited the store on February 14th, and although they did not initially have the specific SUV I was looking for, Brandon took the time to listen to my request and assured me he would try to locate the vehicle. He followed through on that promise and had the exact SUV ready for me the following Sunday. In the meantime I decided to rent the Corvette until I could get my SUV rental. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the store was extremely busy with multiple customers who were frustrated and upset. Despite being the only employee present, Brandon remained calm, professional, and genuinely positive the entire time. He was constantly multitasking — answering phone calls, checking vehicles in, running back and forth outside, and assisting customers at the counter — all while keeping a smile on his face. I watched him handle several challenging situations at once, and he treated every person with patience and respect. By the time I left, he had successfully resolved each customer’s issue and made sure everyone was taken care of. His composure, problem-solving skills, and professionalism stood out to me. It’s rare to see someone manage that level of pressure with such a positive attitude. Brandon represents the kind of leadership and customer care that makes a real difference, and I hope his efforts are recognized.

  We had the best car rental experience ever thanks to Ham! Ham made the whole process completely fuss-free and easy. We were on the road in no time, and it honestly made the start of our trip stress-free. Ham’s service really stood out so if you’re renting here, ask for him. Highly recommend!

  Rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car near my hotel in Vegas, fast, friendly service and I even got upgraded to a better car. Super easy experience. Highly recommend!

  I received exceptional service at this Enterprise location. Ham was the person handling my rental. They called the night before to confirm the reservation, had the vehicle washed and ready when I arrived. Ham was clear and thorough with explanation of each step of the process, courteous and professional. I have rented cars in many places and this is possibly the best experience I have had. I wish all car rentals follow this exemplary branch in their handling of customers.

  My experience with ENTERPRISE has been unacceptable. As a travel nurse, reliability is of the utmost importance. I reserved my rental at a price quoted in Canadian dollars, but I was charged the same amount in USD, resulting in an overcharge of several hundred dollars. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with the company, my calls are rarely returned and when they are I'm told the charged amount is valid. It is not. The amount charged does not match what I agreed to at the time of booking. The lack of transparency and refusal to correct a straightforward billing mistake is unacceptable. I have rented from other companies without every having this issue. As a travel nurse who rents frequently, I cannot recommend ENTERPRISE based off of this experience and will be taking my business elsewhere if this situation does not get resolved in a timely manner.
