Ham was clear and thorough with explanation of each step of the process, courteous and professional. I have rented cars in many places and this is possibly the best experience I have had. I wish all car rentals follow this exemplary branch in their handling of customers.

I reserved my rental at a price quoted in Canadian dollars, but I was charged the same amount in USD, resulting in an overcharge of several hundred dollars. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with the company, my calls are rarely returned and when they are I'm told the charged amount is valid. It is not. The amount charged does not match what I agreed to at the time of booking. The lack of transparency and refusal to correct a straightforward billing mistake is unacceptable. I have rented from other companies without every having this issue. As a travel nurse who rents frequently, I cannot recommend ENTERPRISE based off of this experience and will be taking my business elsewhere if this situation does not get resolved in a timely manner.
