- CWCurtis WilliamsNov 10, 20251.0Scheduled a late pickup (before closing)..Vehicle was filthy on the outside and partiallycleaned on the inside..windshield wipers were destroyed to the point they could not be used...got caught in a rain shower and had to pull over due to the the wipers not working. I didnt realize the vehicle was that bad until It was too late because they were closed already and I was headed out of town. The agent was good guy..no complaints at all about him..but the experience was THE worst I have had out of a rental company and I wish that wasnt so because I rent often and I usually have a great experience with Enterprise but this is definitely NOT that! I suggest you check over your vehicle thoroughly before you leave as I should have..but I trusted it was fine as all of my other experiences at previous locations.

- EWEndrea WNov 5, 20251.0I'm honestly not sure if they're just trying to scam people, but I've gotten multiple vehicles from them, and it's a chip in the windshield one actually spread to take over the whole windshield. While I was driving on the freeway. I don't know if this is just a ploy so they can get people to pay if they don't have insurance. But they need to really keep up with their vehicles. I also had a vehicle that had expired tags and also on with no tags at all, just a 30 day. Stuff like that is really not fair to customers. And it's really setting them up for a bad time.

I called back but the automated system didn’t allow me to get through, because the branch didn’t open until 8am. I called at 8am, waited on hold for 15 minutes, got someone in a call center… was transferred to someone else who told me how to get through to the branch and I’m still on hold. It’s almost 8:30 and I need a solution today. Not sure if what to do but the experience I’ve had so far isn’t great.
