  Rented a mustang from here recently. Check-in was simple and fast, collecting the car was also simple. The car was in great condition and really clean inside and out. Returning the car was super simple and efficient. Would highly recommend to others looking to rent a car if in Vegas on a trip.

  Daly, Guy, and Justin were SO helpful, kind, and accommodating. Easy timely delivery, and simple drop off with an offer to shuttle us to the airport terminal at the end. Truly customer service at its best.

  Thank you Daleigh Williams for saving the day! We came in looking for the HERTZ Dealership. But Daleigh Williams not only matched the HERTZ rental care quote, she gave us a cheaper rate! Daleigh Williams was so professional, personable and helpful in a time when we really needed a rental car! When we came back to return the car after a day of hiking Daleigh Williams was nice enough to drop us off back to our hotel! That was so incredibly nice and she did not have to do that; however, we greatly appreciated that gesture! She is a class act and I wish I could give her 10 STARS! Thank you Daleigh Williams for going above and beyond!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Las Vegas. My family and I were in Vegas for the Jamz Cheer Competition and we had missed a few flights while on standby due to bad weather. My family and I were really down on our luck and unsure how we were going to get back to California. The Assistant Branch Retail Manager Leya Dagher and a Customer Assistant Representative Daleigh Williams went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful time. They did everything in their power to make sure we were able to get a rental car and safely be on our way. Their kindness, patience, and dedication truly meant the world to us. This wasn’t just customer service—it was genuine care and compassion. If I am ever in Vegas and need a rental car, this will be my first stop without question. Thank you for looking out for me and my family. We are forever grateful. Your customer service was truly beyond the best.
