Our resent experience with a rental that was booked at the Oyo location was not stellar. We booked the vehicle at the Oyo in Las Vegas. Arrived at the location to find that the location is not staffed and hasn't been for sometime. We waited for 30 minutes ride to their other location where we received a rental vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle and reviewing the bill, we noted that the price quotation for the Oyo was a premium Las Vegas strip rate whereas the price at the other location was considerably less. We brought this to the attention of Enterprise. Needless to say, those conversations did not go well tonthe point of our being accused of being deceptive and worse incompetent- not understanding the exchange rate. Enterprise, your company provides great service and we utilize your vehicles both in Canada and in the USA. We hope that this was a one-time occurrence and encourage you to be kinder and gentler with your clients.

The employees were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Dispatch was no better—talking to them felt like I was bothering them just for needing help. Then their poorly maintained rental broke down on the side of the road, smoking, while I had my kids and my elderly mother in the car. And instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame ME for THEIR car falling apart. Absolutely unbelievable. I was stranded, stressed, and worried for my family’s safety, and Enterprise showed zero compassion, zero urgency, and zero accountability. I’ve never dealt with a company that cared so little. I will never use Enterprise again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about how badly they treat their customers. 0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend
