In fact, I waited over an hour to pick it up, which meant I missed the Grand Canyon sunset. However, the car was thoroughly cleaned, and the staff were very helpful, so I was able to calm my nerves and enjoy my trip. However, I was then overcharged, which left me feeling very sad. Even though I returned the car before 4:00 PM, the invoice listed it as 7:00 AM the next morning. It's been three weeks, and I haven't received a response. If they had corrected it immediately, I could have regained my trust. It's a shame. I spoke to the staff and handed over the keys when I returned the car, so I'm sure the security camera recorded the incident. I also have several photos of the car on my phone from when I returned it, and of course, I still have the rental agreement I signed. If you don't want to go through the hassle and stress of renting from this company, I recommend not renting from them.
