    Terrible experience from online reservation to pick up with incorrect vehicle and no resolution to return with no instructions as to how to return with no CSR present, overall terrible experience.

    Had a great experience at this location. DJ in particular provided outstanding customer service. He got me out of a jam after Hertz overbooked and didn’t have a car for a day trip we had planned. Enterprise came through with a same day rental during a busy holiday week. Would highly recommend if you need to rent a car on the Vegas strip. If DJ is there he’ll take good care of you!

    Xavier was great to work with! We made a last minute reservation and had to wait an hour or so for the car we chose to be brought to the location but it went great and we had a good experience. Easy to return the vehicle after hours with the drop box.
