    Rented a car here instead of at the airport since I arrived late at night and didn't want to bother with parking fees. Reserved an AWD SUV and got one as requested. Great service by the employee when starting the rental, and helped get a few things straightened out during the rental as well. Great rental experience overall.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Made a reservation 2 months in advance. Confirmed and check in online. Walked to office early. Waited in line for 30 minutes behind a walk in and someone who was at the wrong location. Guess what? They got vehicles. Our vehicle….. wasn’t there and no one seemed really too concerned about getting it there. We were asked to sit and wait. So we waited. 8-10 minutes we were told. So at 8-10 minutes I ask for eta. Truck hasn’t even left the other location. One rep gets on the phone and talks about vehicles needed while she had a person sitting there waiting on a vehicle that should have been at 10:30 am to fulfill the reservation I made. 11:15 clearly no truck is coming nor did anyone seemed to give two craps about the trip we had planned or the couple sitting at our hotel waiting to be picked up. So we cancelled the entire days plans and left. So thanks for ruining our day. We are from the east coast and we don’t out here very often and we had hoped to take in the sights. It’s sucks when you feel like to did everything the right way. Planned in advance. Checked in online to save the reps time. Had our stuff ready. Showed up on time. And then have to walk away disappointed.

    Disaster of a company We had a rental delivery to the Las Vegas strip today at 8am No one contacted us to be delivered. When we called they said they forgot about our booking and was told we where getting a rav4 instead of our original mustang convertable

    Made reservation that was confirmed. Location called day before to say they don’t have the vehicle reserved. Then Manager said they would have it. Then another manager called an hour before to confirm the reservation and at end of call said ‘oh by the way, we don’t have your car’. We don’t have any in that class or the classes around it. We can give you a much smaller vehicle or call you at some point (no clear time or even day). Manager said they cannot honor or be held responsible for confirmed reservations made on the Enterprise website or what other managers say. And they were doing me a favor by telling me they are breaking the confirmed reservation. They used the excuse it was the holiday season but as far as I know, Christmas happens every year on the same day as does New Years. And there are dozens of software tools that can track inventory. Here is the kicker - I can still make a new reservation for the same car class, same times and same location right now! In fairness, the first two people were very nice and I think they were trying to be helpful. Overall disappointing and would recommend not trusting this location (or maybe Enterprise as a whole).

    I rented a car in Las Vegas from the Westin Hotel just before Christmas. There was no line when I went to rent; one of the staff members took me out to the car. The car performed well with no problems. Dropping the car off was a breeze that took only a minute. The rate was very reasonable even though I only booked the night before. Extending my rental by a day took one short phone call: no rental number needed: they had my phone number. No extra payment needed: they used my deposit. All in all, great service!
