The people were wonderful the car needed something. It seemed like it hadn’t been serviced in a while, cause it rode very roughly.

You’re honestly better off going to a full size location as this small location isn’t efficiently ran. We’ve rented from the full size Enterprise location on Warm Springs/Gibson multiple times and had no issue. This time we decided to rent from this Eastern location since it was closer to where we live now. This was by far the most frustrating experience so far.
Our appointment was for 9am and when we got there, there was someone ahead of us in line, no big deal. Except when we get up to the counter to be helped I noticed there was a man sitting at the other computer not doing anything. Not helping anyone in the line that had been forming, and not helping the multiple people who were sitting waiting on their cars. 45 minutes go by before we’re told the car we reserved wasn’t there and that it was actually at the Warm Springs/Gibson location and we would need to go there. Obviously should’ve just rented from there to begin with. They offered to drive us (and another woman whose car also wasn’t there) which was polite but we declined as we drove our own car.
This location didn’t have multiple peoples reservations there and offered them different cars or to go to the other location. What’s the point of making a reservation if it’s not going to be there?
During this 45 minutes, a man who had only waited max 5 minutes starts throwing a fit that his truck wasn’t ready and he had a reservation and places to be. Shocker, he got helped before all the people who were before him just because he was rude.
When we finally got to see the car that was ‘ready’ for us, it in fact was not ready. It was dirty and still needed to be washed and vacuumed so we had to wait even longer for it to be cleaned. It was also NOT what I had reserved. I had reserved a Standard Size SUV and we were shown a Mazda CX5. I had asked if that is a standard SUV as I don’t know my cars and was trusting the associate to tell me the truth. She said it was and it wasn’t until after we had left that I looked it up since it felt small, only to find out it’s actually compact SUV. I’m very disappointed that I was given false information likely just to get us out of there as I wouldn’t have agreed to this car knowing it wasn’t what I booked. When we were finally handed the keys no walkthrough or inspection was done with us which I know isn’t standard practice. Every time we’ve rented a car the associate has looked over the car with us to note any damage prior to us leaving. Since she didn’t do that I had to take photos of the car myself to make sure we’re not charged for any damage she didn’t note. The car was also very much not cleaned to the standard we’re used to with the rentals from Enterprise.
By the time everything was said and done it was nearly 11. Almost 2 hours to do a simple pick up that normally only took 20 minutes at the most.

I had the worst customer service experience ever at the Enterprise on Eastern. Caliber Collision brought my mom there, and they were the ones who set up the rental. From the start, my mom told them we were going through an insurance claim. Not once did anyone mention that she would have to pay anything out of pocket. It wasn’t a problem to pay, but she simply wasn’t prepared for it.
When we were outside, the employee, Ty, handed my mom the iPad very rudely. My mom has difficulty holding onto things, so she steadied the iPad just long enough to put in her initials. He then snatched it back from her and finally told us about the payment. Again—we were not prepared, and I only had cash, so we had to transfer funds to complete the payment.
While my mom was transferring money, Ty was on his phone texting, not paying attention to us at all. We apologized and told him we were almost done, and he didn’t even acknowledge us. At that point, I went inside and asked two other employees—who were much kinder—if Ty was a manager. They said no, so I explained that if possible, this behavior should be brought to the attention of someone who supervises him, because he was being extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to help us.
We were the last customers, and even though they close at 5:30, it felt like he was annoyed that he still had to assist us. When I returned outside, my mom was just finishing her transfer. Instead of saying anything like “I’ll be inside—let me know when you’re ready,” Ty just walked away without a word and went back inside.
A few seconds later, my mom finished, so we went back in. At that point I was frustrated and asked him whether he planned to take the payment outside or inside. He responded rudely with, “I’ll take it right here.”
I paid, and when I told him, “I’m sorry, but you have been incredibly rude. This is the worst customer service,” all he said repeatedly was, “I feel you, I feel you,” without taking any responsibility or showing any professionalism.
I strongly suggest that if you rent here, avoid working with Ty.
