- XXXDec 21, 20251.0Terrible service I went to rent a wagoner and I arrive I check in and pay what is due and they tell me that it will take a while because she is in the shop doing service it takes about 20 minutes and they tell me that it is already on its way another 20 minutes pass and she tells me that according to it broke where it goes to the oil filter and I do not wash and to be able to use that if I want another one and instead of giving me something similar or something better for free they give me a bone odyssey shonda they give me a downgrade but ugly I rented a luxury sub and they give me a minivan and I had to pay for a minivan and the time passes and I leave and I see that they give the van that I had asked other customers the same lady who attended me I did not want to make a fight or something because I was in a hurry but that is not very bad service that day and I knew And the worst thing is that they give me the dirty minivan and with less than half of gasoline.

Jayla showed me my vehicle and was aware of the situation I had that day, she made sure everything looked good and that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Definitely will come back when needing a rental again. Car was very clean as well.
