I had a really good experience renting with Enterprise at the airport. Everything was super easy and fast. I did the online check-in, went straight to the counter, they confirmed my info, and then they took me to pick any car I wanted from the category I booked. The whole process was smooth and simple. During my rental I had a small situation that wasn’t their fault. Someone stole the license plates from the car. I filed a police report first and then called Enterprise customer service. That part was also very easy. They took the report right away and told me the local office would contact me. In less than an hour they called me, gave me my options, and helped me switch to another vehicle with no issues. No hidden fees, no complications. Just a really smooth and helpful experience from beginning to end.

Great experience renting from Enterprise in Las Vegas! Staff was efficient and friendly at both pickup and return. Unfortunately, like so many other times renting a car lately, the vehicle was not in top condition. It was a nice Honda Civic Sport (considered a full size car that we paid for I guess?). It's like they never quality test the vehicles at rental car places anymore. Anyway, the car was "ok" but there was something wrong with the front steering system. It was like something was bent inside or it was way out of alignment. The car wasn't rolling completely proper, but it wasn't too bad so we lived with it. I was going to tell them at rental return but I forgot in the chaos of returning the car. They should have asked me specifically how the car drove. That should be part of their process to help the future renters of a vehicle when it's not running right. Still, the car worked out ok and their staff was friendly and efficient.

I typically do not rent from Enterprise because I am always chasing the lowest rate I can find. They came in as the cheapest for this trip and I was blown away by the service from beginning to end. The check in process was smooth and friendly. When returning, my flight had been delayed so I returned my car an hour late. The person checking me offered me a free one hour grace period that saved me about $10. It was an extremely kind gesture that I've never received when returning a rental car to other providers. $10 isn't going to change my retirement date but it meant a lot that they offered to give me that price break. Highly recommend this location and probably Enterprise overall. I will be renting from them again in the future, even if they cost a few dollars more. The service for LAS is worth it.

Deeply Disappointed by Enterprise’s Deceptive Customer Practices I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Enterprise. After two decades of loyal business, I am appalled by the deceptive and self-serving tactics I encountered. I initially attempted to book a one-way rental and schedule a pickup at a separate location, but the online system would not allow it. When I arrived at the airport counter, the representative assured me that modifying the reservation later would be “easy”, yet this proved entirely untrue. During check-in, the agent also attempted to upsell me on a fuel package, insisting that gas prices in Las Vegas were nearly $5 per gallon. This was blatantly false. I clearly stated that my usage would be minimal, less than half a tank, but he continued to push the add-on despite my refusal. While the employee remained polite, the encounter felt manipulative and dismissive of my stated needs. Following his instructions, I attempted to edit my reservation through Enterprise’s customer support. As reflected in the attached correspondence, the one-way option does exist, but the company’s system effectively blocks customers from using it, prioritizing profit over service. Consequently, I was forced to keep the vehicle twice as long, use twice as much fuel, and waste valuable time, ultimately being charged nearly double my intended cost. I was there accompanying my mother for a surgery and instead of sitting next to her I had to run around to accommodate Enterprise over my family. In this economy, corporations like Enterprise should prioritize integrity and customer loyalty, not profit maximization at the expense of the consumer. Despite repeated outreach, no one from Enterprise has taken personal responsibility or followed up with a call, only automated emails. After more than 20 years of renting exclusively with Enterprise, I will no longer do business with them. I strongly recommend choosing Budget or Hertz, both of which have treated me with far greater honesty and respect.

Wasn't the best experience picking up the vehicle, but overall 3 out of 5 stars. Reserved a Premium SUV, the customer service agent was friendly at first. She advised she would put a $300 hold on top of the rental charge amount, I ran the card I wanted to use but it wouldn't go through. I knew I had enough to cover both Hold & rental charge and then some, she ran it again and said "if you don't have enough money for the hold and rental, I can't rent you a vehicle" which is far but I knew I did. I gave her another credit card which I was going to use for a the hotel room. Once she ran it, then that's when she told me "Whoops, the system took a $600 hold on top of the car rental charge." They ended up holding almost $1,000! this literally put a black cloud over my trip. These "Customer Service Agents" should advised you the correct amount of the hold before they charge you. I rather stick to my locate Enterprise location (HENDERSON), than the airport location which feels to me they do this to customer all the time.
