    The rental was great and once we got through the paperwork all was smooth. One BIG issue is that when booking the rental online, the system enables you to add insurance for the rental, the issue is that this recommended insurance (which is persistant and appears to be acceptable to Enterprise) is actually a scam that when you go to pick up the rental you find out that Enterprise will not do business with them. The issue is that you cannot cancel it once your trip starts (Mine was ~$300 for the bogus insurance) and you don't find out that it is bogus until you talk to the person at Enterprise at pick-up where they gladly tack on the additional insurance that WILL work for them for another $300 charge. If this bogus insurance is not a partner of Enterprise, then why is it included in as being needed when you book with enterprise online?

    This is the second time your Las Vegas location has failed to honor a confirmed and prepaid luxury SUV reservation. On both occasions, I reserved and paid in advance for a Luxury SUV (BMW X7 or Range Rover Sport). Each time, your staff made us wait 30+ minutes, stating they were “checking another lot” for the vehicle. After the wait, they returned and said the reserved vehicle was not available, and instead offered a selection of smaller, lower-class vehicles, which is not what we reserved or paid for. This exact scenario happened twice, which indicates a repeated practice rather than an isolated issue.

    Booking on the Expedia website was easy, and I was billed exactly what was shown. You can keep checking back on the website and easily cancel if you find a better deal. I would recommend booking about 6 months ahead to get good deals, but keep checking back. Enterprise is always easy to deal with as well, and we've had good experiences in the past. So when deals that were too good to be true from other car companies popped up, I stuck with Enterprise! The service was very fast, even in airports where they were not located on site, and the return at a different airport in Phoenix was made super easy. The staff was very nice and helpful too, especially the guy from Cleveland, my hometown, in the Las Vegas airport!

    I have been a member of Enterprise Rental since 2010 when I served in the military. My wife and I was on Christmas vacation in Las Vegas Nevada, and we experienced a vehicle malfunction that was rented with Enterprise. I contacted the Enterprise Road Side Assistance and they immediately jumped into action in getting the issue resolved. After I informed them of the problems I was experiencing with the vehicle, they contacted Enterprise Rental Customer Support to informed them that I was bringing the vehicle back to the airport for a replacement. Once I arrived, the Enterprise Representatives were there to received the vehicle and replace with another vehicle. In addition, they gave me an vehicle upgrade for my unexpected situation and circumstances that we had with the previous vehicle. Overall, Enterprise Rental went far and beyond in getting me back on the road to enjoy the rest of my Christmas vacation in Las Vegas. "FIVE STARS"

    Outstanding experience at Enterprise at Las Vegas International Airport. After a long day of airline delays and traveling with two small children, this team completely turned things around. Douglas was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely upbeat, a great first impression and exactly what we needed after a stressful travel day. The manager, Tank, went above and beyond. He noticed we were juggling kids and luggage and personally walked us up and helped us get settled with the vehicle. That level of kindness and attentiveness made a real difference and helped start our Christmas trip on a positive note. The vehicle was perfect for our family of five, clean, comfortable, and well-suited for traveling with kids. This is the kind of customer service that keeps me loyal to Enterprise, and I will absolutely continue choosing this location whenever I rent in Las Vegas. Highly recommend.
