    It took six and a half hours for us to get an acceptable rental in Las Vegas. The first one was stuck in idle mode. Then they gave me an F-150 to drive back to the airport. I am 4'11" and we were driving from Vegas to California, so that was not practical. We had to go back to the airport and got a Nissan Sentra. We paid for a better car, and it pulled to the right badly! We have always used Enterprise in the past. Oh, when the first car broke down, and we went to a smaller Enterprise, instead of giving us one of the last two cars they had, the guy at the smaller Enterprise knew we were coming and decided to give us a big F-150 that was not practical and his friend the last Hyundai car. It ruined our whole last day in Vegas, and they knew we were driving to Ocean City, California. Not acceptable.

    We did the pre-check-in, so we avoided the counter and went right to the garage to pick-up the vehicle. Very quick and orderly. Was offered what I considered an upgrade vehicle for the same price. Leaving the garage was very easy and the staff very helpful in acknowledging all the body scratches and other imperfections we wanted logged. Also, the staff and the exit cleaned up something that was stuck to the front passenger seat when we pointed this out. They even offered us a different vehicle is they couldn't clean the seat to our satisfaction. The return was even faster, and we were on the shuttle back to the airport terminal in under 10 minutes. Overall, the Enterprise experience at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas exceeded our expectations.

    I will never rent from anyone other than Enterprise if it is at all possible. Their staff is always professional and friendly. The check in and out is fast and if something didn't exceed expectations, the take care of it. Kudos specifically to Tristan, a manager for his prompt service, understanding and professionalism! At Harry Reid Intl, there are plenty of car rental companies to choose from. I was going to rent from Enterprise from the get go because of the positive experiences dealing with the company through a car dealership during service to our vehicle. I am a savvy shopper as well and researching options points to Enterprise being the one of, if not the best company rental car company experiences. In my case, there were a few minor issues that Enterprise resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations! Thanks for the awesome service! Next time I am going to grab one of those shiny red C8s!

    I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service we received from your station manager, Carey Harrison. We required an AWD or 4WD vehicle due to snowy mountain driving conditions, but upon arrival, no such options were available. Carey immediately stepped in and proactively found a solution. He noticed that a Ford Bronco had just been returned, personally pulled it from inventory, and ensured it was cleaned and ready for us. His actions demonstrated genuine care and professionalism, and made us feel valued as customers rather than just another reservation. Thanks to Carey, what could have been a stressful situation became a truly positive experience. Please pass along our sincere appreciation for his outstanding service. I’ve had very bad experiences with Budget at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), while Enterprise has been exceptional. The difference in service is night and day.

    I have been a loyal Enterprise member for over 11 years. I rent a vehicle every 7 weeks inside the military base on JBLM, WA. I have an issue with the location in Puyallup South Hill, WA. They open at 8am or so they claim but.....when you arrive at your scheduled time to pick up your vehicle that you reserved for that date AND TIME, the door is closed because employees have not yet arrived. This has happened to me twice at this location. The level of importance for paying customers to arrive and receive their scheduled vehicles on time is invaluable. It is not the customer's fault that they are understaffed, untrained or do not manage time properly. Yesterday, the employees had to go to the River Road location to pick up vehicles first before opening up the building in time. Why was this task not done PRIOR to 8am? I was told by an Enterprise employee from a different location that was there to augment the South Hill location that employees left at 7:30am to go pick up vehicles to bring to the South Hill location. Why was this not done either the night before or earlier that morning. This to me means that management is not managing. And something needs to be done to correct this problem. There are many Enterprise locations that I could have gone to. There are many OTHER car rental companies that I could have gone to as well. Get it together Enterprise. You are about to lose a long-time customer if this continues. I'm sure other companies offer military discounts as well.
