The next morning, the other driver's insurance company immediately arranged for an Enterprise driver to pick me up at the collision repair shop where I had driven my damaged car. The very nice driver then took me to get my rental car, where the Enterprise check-in person was very kind and helpful. Things continued very smoothly from there, with the insurance claims manager updating my Enterprise agreement during the time my car was in for repairs. When my car was ready, I drove the rental car to the Enterprise office, after which the driver took me back to the collision repair shop to pick up my car. The entire process was conducted in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner. I could not be more pleased with the transaction, start to finish. The coordination between insurance company-collision repair center-Enterprise rental car was seamless.
