  The staff here made ALL of the difference. I first spoke with Yared and Hasan on the phone when arranging my rental and confirming insurance details, respectively. Jacob helped me get to and from the repair shop and this Enterprise location and that was a huge weight off my shoulders. When I got in, the staff was friendly and light-hearted in the way they treated me and that was so comforting after I was all shaken up by the accident with my personal car. Nessa oversaw the whole process and coordinated with my insurance company consistently to make sure I got the best experience possible, and truly I did! I never imagined that my experience renting a vehicle after my car accident would be so seamless, but the staff went above and beyond at every single turn. Truly, each and every one of these staff members deserves a raise! Enterprise, if you're listening, do everything you can to keep these employees happy and comfortable in working for you, because I know that this particular location will be my FIRST choice the next time I need a rental. No doubt about it.

  I guess it was cool. I spoke with someone prior and I was told I would get a particular vehicle but when I arrived, I was given something else. Otherwise I would’ve selected a different location, but I’m pretty sure I would’ve gotten the same type of vehicle. My Rental wasn’t really clean. You could tell they didn’t wipe everything down and with everything going around I had to wipe it down myself with some Clorox wipe smh Hopefully, I don’t have to ride in this for too long

  Enterprise in Vegas has got to be the worst. Rainbows location has a woman manager and she is very argumentative , wastes your time and I will never go back there. Do Not Recommend.

  I rented a car from Enterprises Rainbow Blvd location in Las Vegas and received excellent service and a very comfortable vehicle to drive. I've rented here several times and have received excellent service each time I rented a car from them.
