  Went in not having a reservation, still found a great deal!! The representative Dillion was very professional and informative on their deals and promos. For sure will use this location as my main hub for rentals, super close to me and VERY reasonable prices and a great car selections. The hours are great too

  The nicest experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. Emma at the Enterprise Fort Apache branch was absolutely incredible. After such a horrific experience at the Los Angeles Airport location, she truly went above and beyond to take care of us. She was kind, professional, and found a way to help when we really needed it. Emma completely turned things around and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly wish there were more people like her everywhere we go. Thank you, Emma, for your outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this branch!

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION NOR THE JW MARRIOTT LOCATION!!!! Check your bank statements and keep track of your rental history especially if you plan on extending it. They will charge you extra, keep your deposit and your rental agreement open for days, even after returning the vehicle. It will just be one excuse after another! The branch manager needs better customer service training. When the customer is explaining to you how you messed up, it’s not the time for you, the manager to try and over talk the customer. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with this location, best believe there won’t be a 3rd! All the other locations I’ve NEVER had a problem with….SO BEWARE OF THE SATELLITE RAN “JW MARRIOTT” LOCATION!!!! ***in response the the “Owner” Michelle. You have my information. I was told days ago someone would reach out to me and I have yet to receive that phone call. After going through the reviews I am not the only person this has happened to. Why are your employees taking peoples money by playing with the reservations adjusting them to where people are paying extra?! Rental agreement 20TH2G Car was reserved from 1/13-1/20 then extended to the 1/28 @ 4pm I paid each day I called in to extend and the money was taken on each phone call. The girl even tried to tell me that I returned it on the 29th lol

  Most Enterprise locations have good customer service, but this one takes it to the next level—truly outstanding! I’ve rented here multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. They call one day in advance to confirm your reservation, which gives great peace of mind. While you’re renting, you can text them anytime with questions, and they respond quickly and helpfully. The entire staff is super friendly and professional—excellent service from start to finish. No waiting time at all, the process is fast and straightforward. The car you reserved is always available (and it’s clean, well-maintained, and ready to go). There’s even a gas station right next door, so returning the car is super easy and convenient. The only downside is that they close a bit earlier on weekends/holidays, so it only works if your schedule matches up. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended—definitely one of the best rental experiences in Las Vegas!
