  Amazing service that made up for the horrible experience I had with Budget on W Sahara Ave that deserved negative stars. Honestly never rent from that Budget. Just look at the reviews there. Because they were the worst customer service employees I've ever come across, I had to find another rental car for family. After searching, found this Enterprise which had a mini van available for a reasonable price for the days we wanted. Emma working the front desk was a professional. Cool and calm under pressure. I commend her for having the patience to deal with a line of customers. Some happy. Some not so happy. She told me that they didn't have a mini van available however could put me in a SUV. Slightly disappointed in hearing that. I saw a Pacfica in the parking lot when we pulled in and also got a voicemail the day before confirming the reservation and the Pacifica. I assumed the Pacifica was being held for a customer that came before me. We really needed a van but at that point just wanted a bigger car for the family. So we waited in the waiting room for our car to be ready. After about 20 minutes, another employee called out my name to show me the car. I wish I had gotten her name cause she was also friendly and helpful. A young Asian woman. She said the Chrysler Pacifica was ready. I was relieved to hear that. However she did also say we could get the Honda Odyssey which seats 8 people compared to 7 in the Pacifica. It just got returned but we'd have to wait for it to get cleaned up. Disappointment turned into lucky timing. I went with the Odyssey and didn't mind waiting another 15 minutes or so for it. The mini van was perfect for our time spent in Las Vegas. Returning the car was easy as well. Would definitely go back to this Enterprise in Las Vegas the next time we need to rent a car. Looking at the overall reviews shows a big difference in how they treat customers compared to the Budget on W Sahara Ave.

  Incompetent Staffs, we booked early. Delayed our vehicles Multiple times the day of the pickup “they say no vehicle was available “ But Warn us Last minute, WHAT A DISASTER OF A BRANCH.

  When you get the right person, it changes everything. Your experience can go from a good pre-booking to a bad one if you meet the wrong person at the agency. In our case, we lucked out and met Lauren. She wasn’t just helping us, she was supporting her entire team, putting out fires, assisting four or five customers in person, and who knows how many on the phone, all while keeping everyone calm and accommodated. If I could give her a 100-star rating, I would. People truly make or break the experience and she absolutely made it for us.
