- HMHaley MountNov 5, 20251.0I picked up my car from the airport at 12:30 AM on 10/11 and dropped it off at this location the SAME day at 2pm. My signed lease agreement stated that this location accepts after hour drop offs and my total was supposed to be $124 with a drop off time of 5pm. I decided to drop it off a few hours early at 2pm, thinking there would be no problem. Next day I am charged $248 and they claim I didn't drop the car off until 8am on 10/12. I disputed this with no luck, even though i had proof of drop off. All they had to do was provide a "finalized" receipt and my bank couldn't fight it. I'm sure they would immediately check the cameras if they lost money but don't expect them to do that when they're trying to rob you. Basically long story short, either drop your car off before closing (Even if your signed lease agreement says you wont be charged) or keep it until the last second because they're gonna charge you as much as they can regardless.
