    Renting from Enterprise has consistently been a generally positive experience for me. The crew with their manager Mario at this location (Sahara &Valley View) are next level and true customer service Rockstars.

    Staff are very friendly and paperwork was quick. we rented a car for a one way route , returning the car in Colorado. Our overall experience was less than ideal since the truck we rented had a serious tire issue we noticed within a couple of hours of driving; that we had to switch it to a different car. While staff were understanding and changed the car, it put us in a stressful situation since tire was leaking fast and we were in the middle of the desert with no reception. I totally believe they did not know about the tire issue, but I think they should have done a more thorough test of the car they were giving us. I still recommend this location, but make sure to check EVERYTHING very well if you plan to leave the city.
