The next day we noticed there was a noise coming from the bottom of the vehicle, we were out of town but returned it at as soon as we got into town. After receiving the email about a claim I called immediately and disputed it as I did not cause any damage. I got a phone call from Brian a this morning who now has a snarky condescending attitude saying that because I returned the car and there was damage I am responsible although they cannot prove I cause the damage which I did not I only noticed the noise from the broken undercarriage. Please just be mindful of renting from here and especially make sure to take pictures of everything including under the vehicle!
