The employees working that evening were so calm, funny and energetic that it kept the whole vibe of the waiting room calm as well. I was really impressed how they not only kept getting people into cars and getting them on their way but how they were doing it so calm and so personable!! There were maybe 10 people in the waiting room waiting for their car and I truly believe everyone stayed calm and patient solely because of how the employees were so respectful, calm, funny and energetic. Will absolutely rent a car from here again!!

It is unfortunate that they do don’t have the proper staffing to maintain the customer coming to rent a car and dropping off their Vehicle. Had to wait two hours before getting a car when three people were in front of me and several drop off during my time there.
