  We called and spoke to someone at PH enterprise about a car rental. They told us they had a car reserved for us and to come to the desk for a rental car. When we arrived, the lady was horribly rude, said she never spoke to us and that we had the wrong number. My boyfriend pulled up the number and showed her and she claimed it wasn’t their phone number. He called the number while standing in front of her and ….. you guessed it! The phone rang! Useless customer service. We rebooked at the branch at the airport and everything there was great. DO NOT book in PH.

  This Enterprise is conveniently located in the lobby of Planet Hollywood. It is beside the PH 24 convenience store and near the hotel check-in desk. The day before I got an email with instructions and you're able to checkin. This saves time at the counter. We didn't realize it at the time but where they park the cars is a small area. We came an hour early hoping to start the day early but our car wasn't there yet. I recommend when you are checking in online to set an earlier time if you need it. The only problem is you're only able to set the pickup time and cannot change the drop off time. Not sure if you can change that at the desk. Anyways, we were told to come back at our regular time as they had to get the car. We came back and everything was smooth. Remember to bring your passport if you are not from US in addition to your driver's license and payment cards. I declined their offer of insurance and so they asked about your insurance company and policy number. After that they went through where to pick up the car. It's a little confusing. You go out the doors, turn right and walk a few steps and it's on the right. It is a small area. Thankfully we had a small car as I had read some reviews where people had trouble dropping off due to limited space. Since there was no one doing a walkaround the car, I took pictures of all the scratches I found. Drop off is a little confusing to get back to the area as to enter it's behind the Planet Hollywood. Once we found it, there were lots of cars already parked. We had a small car so was able to fit into a little space. Then I dropped off the keys in the drop box by the desk where I came in the morning. All in all a good experience, just be prepared for the things mentioned above. It is super convenient having that in our hotel and we'd use Enterprise again.

  My experience with this Enterprise location was mixed, and I’m giving it one star in the hope that the service can improve and that customer care becomes more of a priority. I arrived around 10:45 AM on a Wednesday in September and waited in line until almost exactly 1:00 PM—essentially the entire duration of their business hours before closing. The line wasn’t particularly long (about 5–6 groups ahead of me), but the process was extremely slow. Only one staff member was working at the counter, and she seemed very new and unsure of the procedures. Unfortunately, she also didn’t appear to recognize or address the fact that customers were waiting for hours. From listening to the interactions at the counter, I learned that one of the main delays was that some customers needed to call their personal insurance companies to provide information required for the rental process. Many of the people in line had just arrived from flights and spontaneously decided to rent a car after spending some time at the casino, so it wasn’t surprising that they didn’t have their insurance details readily available. It would be very helpful if staff could proactively inform people in line about what information they’ll need so they can prepare it in advance. What felt especially frustrating was that around 1:00 PM—right when the office was about to close—two additional staff members suddenly appeared to help. These two were clearly more experienced and were able to finish processing everyone in line within 5–10 minutes. It gave the impression that they were brought in so the team could finish by closing time, even though the office clearly had the capacity to assist customers more efficiently from the start. Overall, the issue doesn’t seem to be a lack of ability but rather a lack of attention to customer experience. It felt like getting out work on time mattered more than managing the line responsibly and respecting customers’ time.

  Excellent service at enterprise, great staff, smart, efficient, supportive, found my favorite jacket in the backseat after my return, and melt it for me, I will never forget this kind ness

  After providing all the requested information, I never received any follow-up or response from Enterprise. This situation feels like a white-collar type of misconduct, handled with zero accountability or customer care. For reference, I rented an Audi Q5 from a competitor for 4 days at $130 total, while Enterprise charged me $170 for just 12 hours with a midsize sedan. Is that not an abuse? At this point, I would really like to know if Enterprise plans to resolve this matter amicably, or if I will need to move forward with a more formal complaint. Rental Agreement: 1BFMKR
