This situation feels like a white-collar type of misconduct, handled with zero accountability or customer care. For reference, I rented an Audi Q5 from a competitor for 4 days at $130 total, while Enterprise charged me $170 for just 12 hours with a midsize sedan. Is that not an abuse? At this point, I would really like to know if Enterprise plans to resolve this matter amicably, or if I will need to move forward with a more formal complaint. Rental Agreement: 1BFMKR
- EWEnzo WangNov 17, 20251.0Such a terrible experience, so hard to return the car. When the return lot full, why not move those cars or at least put a poster next to return lot. And please put correct map to the Paris lot, the map given at the counter was wrong. During F1 days, those road are closed. The sign at Paris are even worse. Just do not use Enterprise!!!

When I asked why the price was more than 200% higher, the answer was: “Prices can vary, it’s better to book through the website.” Wow. Outstanding customer service… sure (yes, that’s sarcasm). I felt scammed, with zero transparency or explanation. These are shady practices designed to take advantage of people. I do not recommend this company. And just for fun, I’m filing a complaint with the FTC.
