This is my first service at this dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the quick professional and friendliest staff all around. My service advisor was Michael McDermott who was very transparent with my vehicles service intervals and informed me my battery needed replacement due to failing the battery test. I was there for a simple oil change and discovered they inspect your vehicle for issues, not just give you solely what you come in asking for. It was an overall great experience and I will be servicing my vehicle here from now on and would recommend to anyone.

Yesterday I went to the dealership for a routine oil change and tire rotation, something I’ve done many times without any issues. During the inspection, I was told that they found a blade in one of my tires and that it needed to be replaced immediately for about $385. They explained that it was a safety risk and that the tire could not be repaired.
I decided not to replace the tire at that moment and only continued with the regular service. However, when it was time to pay, another uncomfortable situation happened. In the system, they showed me a total price of $150 for the oil change and tire rotation. Then the employee applied a $30 discount. But a few minutes later, another employee came running and said that the discount did not apply to me and that my correct price was $150. In the end, I paid around $155, which was confusing and unprofessional.
After leaving the dealership, I went to an independent tire shop to get a second opinion. To my surprise, they inspected the tire and confirmed that it was in good condition, there was no damage or puncture, and that it did not need to be replaced.
This experience was very disappointing. I felt that I was pressured to purchase an unnecessary and expensive service, and there was also a lack of transparency and consistency with the basic service charges. I have always trusted dealerships for their honesty and professionalism, but this situation created a lot of distrust.
I strongly recommend that other customers always get a second opinion before approving major repairs.

My interactions with Toyota of Las Vegas were all online, by phone or by mail. I reached out to them about a car I saw listed on Carfax. My first point of contact was Cedric Coleman who was able to give me information about the car and answer my questions. I had several conversations with him and also exchanged texts as needed. I also spoke with Andrea Howell and Jenine Hancock, who helped me with other important parts of the transaction. My whole experience with the staff was extremely positive. I highly recommend this dealership based on all of this. I now own Toyota Prius C which I am so happy with!

Great overall car buying experience. I have purchased many vehicles in the last 55 years at a variety of dealerships. This experience was smooth from the start. Luis responded to my inquiry about a vehicle I was reviewing online. I scheduled a visit and was very pleased with the professional attention Luis and the rest of the sales and finance team worked to get us a great value on our trade in and the car we wanted. Follow up after the sale has been great. I would highly recommend this dealership.
