- AAAj AbalosSep 4, 20255.0My battery died for my WRX and it was still under warranty- I initially came to confirm on Labor day, 2025 and was assisted by Grayson and was informed that my battery was still active & under warranty- I was informed that my battery would be ordered from their hub and would be either delivered at 130pm or 530pm - I was a little disappointed that the battery didn't arrive- I followed up the next day and called and spoke to Mike- he mentioned that it would arrive at 530pm and it didn't as I never got a call- I followed up again, Wednesday, and spoke to Ryan- he informed me that it should have been there but it wasn't and re-ordered the battery- I got a call from both managers (Ryan & Paul) and was told my battery had arrived! All in all, eventhough my battery didn't arrive when it was suppose to, Ryan/Paul & their team was able to give great service and would definitely be back to this Auto zone location! Thank you guys!
