  I don’t normally shop here, just when I need a quick part or car wash supplies. Just seems like the workers don’t really wanna help out to much. The fact that the parking lot always seems sketchy, even in the middle of day.

  I have been to three AutoZones in the Vegas Valley and never had an uncomfortable experience before the other week. The older man that rang up the man before me called me up and began commenting on my lack of enthusiasm about him ringing me up and making up a story about an AI login caused by my response that involved him droning on about the color we see 20+ shades of as a baby. I finally asked him to please just ring me up, as the curt responses previously provided to his multiple questions was not enough to deter him. It's important to note he did not treat the previous customer to long, drawn out, unsolicited conversation. It was basically a "you should smile more" experience, at an auto parts store. I prefer the ones that let me get in, get out, and get on with life like all of the other locations.

  We needed a battery out of no where and I was able to make it to this location and the customer service was a 10/10. Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The way that the employees go above and beyond is incredible!! This is my new auto parts store!!!!

  I am not a car guy, so I went to autozone when my check engine light was on. This older guy greeted me very nice until I asked him to check my car because the check engine light was on. He told me he didn't want to go and that he would give me the equipment to do it!?!?!?! I don't know know what the heck I'm doing, that's why I came here. He said I should know how to do this at my age. I DONT FIX THINGS! That's why I came here! He then impatiently walked me to my car and spent 30 seconds on telling me how to clean my gas cap and that these cars never break. I honestly have no idea if he was just rushing me out or trying to put me at ease with his "speed" but he didnt even offer to sell me the oil I "needed" to clean the gas cap. I mean just try a little. It's not like they were busy, there was literally no one but 1 other employee in building. Was it necessary to give me a hard time? Now I need to go somewhere else to see if he was telling me the truth. Thanks for wasting both of our time! Oh yeah, my visit was on 1/23/26 @ 10:15am. Just so the company knows exactly who talk to about customer service.
