  Tyrone is the best!!!! He helped me find new wipers that are reasonably priced, that are the correct fit for my car, and offered to install them for me too. 10/10 customer service, I’ll definitely be back 😊🙌🏻

  I’m a frequent customer at this store, and the issue here is not the regular employees they’re helpful and professional. The problem is leadership. Nicole (manager) and Tyrone (store manager) should seriously reevaluate how they speak to both customers and employees. Nearly every time I’ve come in, Tyrone is either arguing with a customer or speaking harshly to staff. That kind of environment is noticeable and uncomfortable as a customer. I’ve also consistently received attitude from Nicole during routine purchases. There’s a pattern here this isn’t a one-time bad day. Unfortunately, management behavior makes it difficult to shop here comfortable. I hope corporate reviews this store’s leadership practices, because the frontline employees deserve better management, and customers deserve professionalism.

  A GENTLEMEN BY THE NAME TYRONE B. WOULD NOT OPEN DOORS WHEN SIGN SAID STORE OPENED AT 0730. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NO REASON WAS GIVEN FOR NOT ALLOWING ME IN WHEN I HAD TO MAKE A PURCHASE. IF YOU WANNA BE TREATED NICE AND PROFESSIONAL DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

  I’ve been coming to this Autozone for a minute now. It’s not in the best of areas, but the customer service has always been A1! Tyrone the store manager really helped me out tonight and got me going. I appreciate it and will be back when I need it.
