Gael assisted me immediately by checking my battery and finding it faulty. I chose an appropriate replacement and within minutes Gael installed it. He performed this service as a skilled veteran, yet he is only in his 20's. Then I was happily on my way.

- MIMatthew IlesOct 29, 20251.0My battery was having issues so I called and confirmed with an employee that my battery is under warranty. I brought it in and got it tested. The employee tells me that test shows that my battery is good but needs charge. Then the employee says that the tests are unreliable. Sometimes it’s truly a bad battery, sometimes it just needs to be charged, and sometimes it’s the alternator. The employee said I have 3 options: 1. We can ask the manager if they can go ahead and swap it out, 2. Charge it but I would have to come back with just the battery (meaning I can’t leave my car there while they charge the battery), 3. Replace the alternator. So I went with option 1 and the manager said that I couldn’t swap out the battery since there’s a chance it could be the alternator. So I was left with only option 3. They have no proof the alternator is bad but wants me to buy a new alternator?? 1-star because after saying the tests are unreliable they were unwilling to help me. Just swap out the battery since it’s under warranty or let me leave my car here while it’s charging. You advertise the warranty and the free battery charging but make it difficult for your customers to use these services. Disappointing.
