Good evening, today, December 17th, at 5:00 pm, the AutoZone supervisor, Eric Aviles, just disrespected me and provided terrible customer service. I went to pick up a car part I had ordered, and to ensure faster delivery, I paid extra for expedited shipping. Mr. Eric Aviles couldn't give me a clear explanation as to why the part hadn't arrived. He told me it was FedEx's fault, turned his back on me, and said "goodbye, goodbye, that's a matter for FedEx," leaving me standing there talking to myself. He then suggested I come back the next day and whistled dismissively. This person has no manners and is a terrible example of a supervisor or manager.
